A beautiful pair of natural cupped oyster shells transformed into an elegant salt and pepper set, featuring the fresh green Emma Bridgewater Hawthorn Berry floral design.
Each natural oyster shell is individually selected and prepared before the design is applied by decoupage. The rims and reverse are finished with liquid gold leaf, while the decorated interiors are sealed beneath a smooth, crystal-clear food-safe resin for a glossy and durable finish.
Sold as a pair of two oyster shell pinch pots, they make a striking addition to a dinner table, Christmas table, wedding breakfast or relaxed supper setting — a lovely alternative to conventional salt and pepper cruets.

NATURAL SHELLS
As these are genuine oyster shells, every pair has its own individual shape, depth and natural markings. Small variations in the placement of the floral design and gold detailing are part of their character and mean no two finished sets will look completely identical.

PRESENTATION
Your shell dishes are carefully wrapped in white tissue and presented in a natural branded gift box with recycled protective paper, ready for gifting.
All listed quantities and patterns are ready to be made, however if you should like larger quantities or a bespoke order made, please do get in touch and I’d be happy to assist. I am also able to offer a Silver leaf finish (on request).

My shells are uniquely sealed with a hard wearing gloss epoxy resin which is water resistant but I as a precaution I do not recommend submerging the shells in water and they are not dishwasher safe. Please wipe with a soft cloth.

Your bespoke handcrafted shell comes complete with beautiful gift packaging at no extra charge! I will also provide you with an image of your shell (prior to postage) to save you from unwrapping the shell if you are gifting on to a loved one.
